Reflection on Project

 Reflection on Project

Hi blog! This is going to be my last post talking to you guys. I'm so sad it's over, but also super excited for what's to come! For today's blog I'm going to talk about my overall project, including, of course, the two minute opening, the blog posts, and the CCR videos.

Let's start by talking about the two minute opening. I'm so so glad that we could work in groups because I think it was a lot more fun than it would've been doing it alone, and because we are all good in different things, so we could help each other. Filming was so much fun, they came to my house and we set everything up, we laughed and talked and listened to music, then we started recording, and my dad is our main character so we filmed all the scenes that he was in first, and then the ones that we didn't need him in, and after we were done we had food, it was so much fun, and it made our friendship grow closer, which is something I'm so grateful for. The editing process was rough, we all hate doing it, but had to push through, Isa and Gigi are actually amazing editors.

For my CCRs, I did one of them with my friend, and the other one by myself but with my mom's help. The one with my friend was the court trial, it was so funny recording it, for one of my answers I said the doctors name, Dr. Hank Shabata, and she couldn't stop laughing, which made me laugh. It was really fun, and for the editing process, it wasn't as bad as I expected.

For my second CCR which is me running away from a bear, my mom recorded some of the scenes for me, which was also very funny, like for the scene that I fell, me and my mom had to record that a couple of times because we would just start laughing. Editing this one was easier than the first one, which was good.

Now let's talk about my blog posts, I had so much fun writing these, and I think it was actually super helpful and it really put me and my group on a schedule. Researching and constantly writing about my project was very helpful when it came to planning, since everything was basically planned on our blog posts, we didn't have to do much planning before recording, since we had already done it in ur blogs. I also think it was fun to reflect on the projects and talk about my ideas. I truly enjoyed posting blogs and I'm going to miss it.

I'm truly going to miss this project so much, I had so much fun during these past 8 weeks, learning new things, and getting closer with my group, Isa and Gigi. I couldn't have done this alone and I'm so thankful for having the best group I could've asked for. Working on this project was challenging in the best way possible, we had obstacles but we overcame them together and always found a way out and a way to fix things and get better, and I'm so glad I got to experience this with my amazing group. Not only did I get a lot closer with my group, but I also got a lot closer to my other friends, Elias, Jano, and Ale, which I'm so thankful for. Overall, this project was an amazing experience and it was so much fun, I never thought an important exam could be this fun and I never thought I would be sad to have finished an exam, but here we are.
